  • 1 lb ground pork sausage

  • 10 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Butter or oil for greasing the pan

  • ½ cup chopped spinach

  • ½ cup sautéed mushrooms

  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Pinch of paprika for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned. Drain extra grease and let cool slightly.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese. Add any optional ingredients you like.

  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.

  7. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
