Juicy, herby Greek turkey meatballs made with no breadcrumbs. Easy, low-carb, and full of flavor. Perfect for keto meal prep, weeknight dinners, or snack boxes.
1 lb ground turkey (dark meat preferred)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Optional for serving:
Tzatziki sauce
Cucumber slices
Cherry tomatoes
Arugula or spinach
Lemon wedges
In a large bowl, mix turkey, feta, onion, parsley, mint, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg until just combined. Don’t overmix.
With wet hands, roll into 1.5-inch balls (about 16-18 meatballs).
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add meatballs in batches and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning until browned and cooked through (165°F inside).
Serve warm with salad, tzatziki, or lettuce wraps.
Oven option: Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Use dark meat turkey if possible — it stays juicier.
Feta adds salt, so adjust extra salt to taste.
Freeze raw or cooked meatballs for later.
Great for meal prep and snack boxes.
Add crushed red pepper if you like heat.
Tzatziki can be homemade or store-bought.
