  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing

  • Optional: green onions, chopped peppers, extra cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Toast keto bread cubes in the oven for 10–15 minutes until slightly crispy.

  • Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain any grease.

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

  • Layer half the bread, sausage, and cheese. Repeat the layers.

  • Pour egg mix over everything. Press down gently so the bread soaks it up.

  • Let it sit 15 minutes (or refrigerate overnight if making ahead).
