Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe

This Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie is thick, creamy, and tastes like real cheesecake but without the sugar. It’s an easy low-carb recipe perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. Made with fresh strawberries, cream cheese, and almond milk, this smoothie is satisfying, delicious, and keto-friendly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 12 tbsp powdered keto sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, or allulose)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 tsp chia seeds (for extra thickness)
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil (for more fat and energy)
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. If using frozen, no need to thaw.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender: strawberries, cream cheese, almond milk, heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add more ice for a thicker smoothie or more almond milk for a thinner one.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optional: top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry slice.

Notes

  • Frozen strawberries make the smoothie thicker and colder.
  • Powdered sweetener works best for a smooth texture.
  • For dairy-free, use coconut cream instead of heavy cream and a dairy-free cream cheese substitute.
  • For a stronger cheesecake flavor, add a little more cream cheese.
  • Meal prep tip: Freeze smoothie cubes and blend when needed.
