Keto Sweet Tea

This easy keto iced tea recipe is cold, sweet, and sugar-free. Perfect for the keto diet, summer days, jug juice party ideas, or just replacing soda. Tastes just like real sweet tea with none of the carbs or sugar.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups water

  • 4 black tea bags (or green tea for a lighter flavor)

  • ½ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • Ice

  • Lemon slices (optional)

  • Fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot.

  2. Turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

  3. Remove tea bags and stir in sweetener while the tea is still warm.

  4. Let the tea cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

  5. Move to the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours.

  6. Serve over ice with lemon or mint, if using.
