Keto Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

Make your own Keto Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew at home with smooth cold brew coffee and a sugar-free vanilla cream. Just a few simple ingredients, under 2g net carbs per serving, and no fancy gear needed.

Cold Brew:

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee

  • 4 cups filtered water

Vanilla Sweet Cream:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp MCT oil

Instructions

  1. Add coffee grounds and water to a large jar or pitcher. Stir. Cover and chill for at least 12 hours.

  2. Strain the cold brew through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

  3. Mix heavy cream, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a small jar. Shake until smooth.

  4. Fill a glass with ice. Pour in cold brew. Top with sweet cream. Stir or let it swirl. Enjoy.

Notes

  • Keeps in the fridge for 4 days if you store the cold brew and cream separately.

  • Adjust sweetness to your taste.

  • Swap almond milk for macadamia or coconut milk if needed.

  • Add cinnamon, hazelnut, or pumpkin spice for different flavors.
