Make your own Keto Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew at home with smooth cold brew coffee and a sugar-free vanilla cream. Just a few simple ingredients, under 2g net carbs per serving, and no fancy gear needed.
Cold Brew:
1 cup coarsely ground coffee
4 cups filtered water
Vanilla Sweet Cream:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp MCT oil
Add coffee grounds and water to a large jar or pitcher. Stir. Cover and chill for at least 12 hours.
Strain the cold brew through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Mix heavy cream, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a small jar. Shake until smooth.
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in cold brew. Top with sweet cream. Stir or let it swirl. Enjoy.
Keeps in the fridge for 4 days if you store the cold brew and cream separately.
Adjust sweetness to your taste.
Swap almond milk for macadamia or coconut milk if needed.
Add cinnamon, hazelnut, or pumpkin spice for different flavors.
