Khloé Alexandra Kardashian (born June 27, 1984)
Khloé Kardashian was born in Los Angeles, California.
She was always a big part of the reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which premiered in 2007.
Then after that, there was a spinoff show called Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami.
This aired in 2009.
Khloé’s parents were Robert and Kris Kardashian.
Khloé’s older sisters are Kim and Kourtney and she has a brother who was the last born in the family.
But then Kris and Robert got divorced and Kris went on to marry for the second time to the Olympic gold medalist, Bruce Jenner in 1991, and four step-siblings entered into the family.
Kris and Bruce went on to have their own two daughters called Kendall and Kylie.
But Khloé lost her famous father Robert, to esophageal cancer and he died just two months after receiving his diagnosis.
Young adult years
Before the start of her family’s reality TV show which helped Khloé to skyrocket to fame, she was the assistant of Nicole Richie, a television personality, actress, and fashion designer.
Khloé had actually gone to school with Nicole and Nicole was one of her best friends growing up and they were really close.
Nicole needed some help with her Simple Life series and she needed a job and that’s how she got to work for Nicole.
But Khloé said that her life changed dramatically for her and her entire family when she and Kourtney filmed their spinoff to the family show called Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami.
“It was the first time we couldn’t really go a lot of places and it was more paparazzi and fans,” Khloé says.

Kim’s popularity and the series became so popular that the Kardashians were able to cash in on all the endorsement products that they get paid for on all the social media platforms.
Khloé Kardashian had no idea how mean viewers could get, and she was instantly billed as “the fat sister”.
Khloé always has admitted that weight was a battle for her.
“As a girl, you have baby fat,” she explained.
But during her parent’s divorce in 1991, she said that out of the four kids, she and her brother were always heavy.
They were given food to keep them company and “All we did was eat crap.”
“I just didn’t look like them,” Khloé said in March 2008.
Then in 2009, Khloé married Lamar Odom, and filming moved over to Khloé and Lamar as well.
But it was also in this year that Khloé started to be the host of The X Factor.
After their wedding in 2009, her NBA basketball player husband, Lamar Odom, offered continuous support to her through her weight struggles.
“Lamar tells me he loves my body and I’m beautiful multiple times a day,” she said.
At the same time that Khloé was busy with Keeping up with the Kardashians, she was busy running a clothing store called D-A-S-H along with her two sisters.
The three sisters were also designing jewelry and swimwear.
All three of the Kardashian sisters were spokeswomen for the QuickTrim product.
In 2010, Khloé was sporting a healthier body and when fans asked questions about her healthier body, she was totally upfront with them about her yo-yo dieting .
She told Us Weekly that “If I can make other people feel good about their ups and downs in weight, then I want to be that person.”
In 2011, Khloé took a bit of a break from QuickTrim, stepping out this year in a much more toned-looking body.
This was due to changing and stepping up her fitness and exercise routines.
She was doing 30-minutes of cardio every day, she was doing daily boxing and hiking and she was even using a sauna suit to do her workouts.
“It’s like a trash bag that makes you sweat,” she told Us Weekly.
Her aim was to make herself bikini-ready.
She said she had never in her 20s been able to wear a bikini around her friends; she “was never that girl.”
And obviously, she missed having been that girl and wanted to get her body ready to do just that.
In late 2012, Simon Cowell asked Khloé to be a host on The X Factor, so Khloé noticeably shed pounds for this, thanks to her boxing classes and changing her eating habits.
She had in the past told Us Weekly that “If I weren’t in Hollywood world, no one would ever say I was fat.”
Despite working out even further, Khloé revealed that she wasn’t looking to lose her infamous backside.
She was smiling in March 2013 on the Kids’ Choice Awards’ carpet, wearing a very curve-hugging white mini dress, looking better than ever, and showing off what was already a 20-pound weight loss.
Some online commenters suggested to her that she could lose even more weight via plastic surgery, but she fought back saying,
She had really put in a lot of intensely hard exercise sessions under her personal trainer’s direction.
She also started talking about her new eating plan.
So she was working out four days a week and said she was eating much better, “in moderation.”
She said it had taken a bit of time, but that she was finally at a place where she was happy with her ‘curvy-licious bod’, showing it off proudly.
She has been open about her hard work that goes into maintaining a healthy figure and regularly shared photos of her workouts.
And once again to her haters, “Stop comparing your life 2any1 else’s,” she tweeted the day before.
“This will only hold u back from ur true potential and inner blissful joy. Be in love with u.”
Unfortunately, at the end of this year, 2013, Khloé ended her four-year marriage to Odom.
It was all amid rumors of cheating and drug use.
At the end of this year, she has already lost 30-pounds.
She told British Cosmopolitan, “I’m feeling good. I’ve worked very hard on my body so I think now I can sex it up a little!”
She looked so good after her 30-pound weight loss that she showed off sexy photos of her on Instagram in a one-piece bathing suit wearing a sailor cap on a yacht.
Then in the fall of 2014, Khloé appeared in a spinoff series with her older sister Kourtney.
The series was called Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons.
It only lasted for one season though.
In June 2014, Khloé’s physique looked like it was really moving in all the right directions but she still said, “If I ate better, I would lose weight faster, but I don’t want to.”
She was having fun losing weight at the pace she was going, even though it might be taking longer, but in any case, she was working out very hard as it was.
When Khloé was present at the Opening Ceremony and Calvin Klein Jeans’ celebration launch in 2015, she was stunning in her tight white ensemble, showing off her fit physique.
Well, she worked hard for those abs and legs she showed off.
Khloé said her legs and butt looked so good because she had done so many workouts on them on her favorite climbing machine.
“At the gym, they have the rotating stairs, it’s a StairMaster, but instead of one up and down, it’s the rotating stairs.
It just does your ass and your legs and if you lean on the bar, it’s not doing the same as if you stand up it does your core,” she said.
It sure did the trick because she never looked so slim and good as she did at the House of CB flagship store launch in June 2016, wearing a very fitting bright orange midi-dress.
This time she said she had started cutting out dairy and had lost 11 pounds instantly.
She keeps on saying she is not a diet person, but that she believes that taking dairy out of the equation would help.
She says she won’t have real milk, she has almond milk.
She says she just battles a bit with cheese, as she loves it.
Khloé actually said that exercise had helped her get through her split from Lamar Odom .
She said that as a kid when she was sad or stressed out, food was her comfort.
Now she had to learn to put all her energy into something healthy and positive from her split from Lamar and for her it was working out.
In 2017 Khloé looked ravishing on the cover of Health.
And inside you could read that she did baby steps, cutting out sodas, and then going dairy-free.
Can you believe this bit of advice?
“I absolutely encourage cheat meals. I don’t deprive myself. I think everything in moderation.
I love to work out, so I’m the type of girl, if I want to go have drinks with my girlfriends tonight, I’m like, ‘OK, I’m just gonna do an extra 30 minutes of cardio tomorrow.’
To me, I would rather eat what I want, have the wine, and work out a little harder.
That’s my mentality.”
In March 2018, Khloé announced that she was having a baby daughter.
At this point in time, she had been seeing the NBA basketballer, Tristan Thompson, who was the father.
But prior to giving birth, there were photos of Thompson cuddling with other women in some nightclubs.
Nevertheless, he showed up for the birth of his baby daughter, True Thompson on the 12th of April 2018.
But by the following February, they had split up because he had been caught cheating on her with Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods.
But that didn’t stop Khloé from being seen in November at the People’s Choice Awards, showing off her 33-pound weight loss, just 3 months after the birth of her daughter.
She said that she had wanted to get back to her regular routine from before she got pregnant, and that was working out 5-6 times a week.
After all, the gym was her happy place.
She says one of her priorities in life is having an hour when she can be selfish and alone and in her place of refuge.
Exercising was something she used to maintain her sanity and to relieve stress.
She admitted that she had continued exercising right through her pregnancy, just altering sessions.
Her workout trainer, Gunnar Peterson, who had worked with the Khloé for years said of Khloé that “She understands that working out is a lifestyle.”
So it wasn’t a coincidence that Khloé Kardashian was looking better than ever at age 35 just a short while after she and Tristan split up, “I’m very proud of where I am now,” she said.
Two years after giving birth to her daughter, True, Khloé shared how her weight loss journey has changed since becoming a mom.
She told her fans that if they are trying to lose a bit of weight, they have to realize that diet and exercise go hand in hand.
She said that she had reached her weight vicinity goal — she was weighing in at around 150; sometimes a bit more.
She had become very mindful now of the meals she ate and that she would rather put more effort into the gym than in the kitchen.
In May, she changed her hairstyle to a light brown wavy look and this drove the social media trolls wild, causing a major stir.
She revealed that she did not care about the backlash from fans who said she no longer looked like herself.
Despite all the criticism, Khloé says she thinks she looked great.
For her 36th birthday, she showed off a dark brown hairstyle saying on Instagram in June that she loved her brown hair.
Khloé did contract the Coronavirus but has entered 2021 fully recovered from it.
She was bedbound for 16 days, she says, during which time she found it heartbreaking to be separated from her daughter.
She says she had bad headaches, hot and cold flashes, and a nasty burning cough.
With her amazing incredible weight loss, Khloé has also changed her looks quite a bit too
One can’t deny that Khloe is looking absolutely R A V I S H I N G!

Here is the diet plan that Khloé Kardashian used…
Khloé’s pre-workout snack is almond butter and an apple.
- Breakfast is Boiled or scrambled eggs or omelet. She also has oatmeal and blueberries or strawberries.
- Lunch is skinless grilled chicken breast with veggies and sweet potato and a small portion of rice.
- Snacks are cherry tomatoes or nuts or any fruit
- Dinner is a piece of grilled fish with a green salad with sunflower seeds over and an oil-based vinaigrette dressing
- Dessert is a piece of fruit
Why did this diet work for Khloé and whoever wants to follow their star’s diet?
1) Protein and carbs
Khloé eats a goodly amount of protein and carbs before she does her workouts.
Almond butter with an apple is a very good combination for giving her plenty of energy.
Eggs are a great source of protein, minerals, and other vitamins.
If you start your day with a good amount of protein, you keep your energy levels high.
2) Plenty of large flakes of oats
She eats plenty of large flakes of oats to get in plenty of fiber.
This helps her to stay full for long.
Fiber also soaks up the fat molecules and prevents them from getting absorbed.
Strawberries and blueberries add plenty of sweetness and color to her breakfast, also providing minerals and vitamins.
3) Skinless chicken offers protein
For lunch, skinless chicken offers protein again for repairing her muscles from the workout earlier.
The veggies add fiber, minerals, and vitamins, and the rice and sweet potato give her healthy good carbs.
4) Green veggies with sunflower seeds
Her dinner is kept light as she has green veggies topped with sunflower seeds, and these are filled with healthy fats, which are important for the body because they help to reduce inflammation which often is associated with weight gain.
Fish is an excellent source of lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids to help build muscles and to get rid of harmful free radicals.
5) Snacks and dessert are always low glycemic
Her snacks and dessert are always low glycemic which are excellent because they don’t spike the blood glucose levels.
The diet that Khloé was following is called the Military Diet.
Read up about it yourself and see if you want to follow it.
What are Khloé Kardashian’s own diet tips for those who are motivated to lose weight?
1) Drink Water
Water hydrates the cells which keep the metabolism running and other body functions active.
It is wonderful for flushing out toxins and Khloé advises that her followers should drink at least 4 liters of water every day to lose weight.
2) Eat snacks that are healthy
Khloé says to stock your fridge with healthy snacks because they help you to cut down on trans-fats and sugar.
This helped Khloé to lose weight without even going to the gym.
3) Cut out junk food and dairy
If you cut down on junk food and dairy you will lose a lot of weight, says Khloé.
Things like pizza, fries, burgers, fried chicken, processed food, etc. should not make it to your fridge or kitchen cupboards.
They all cause weight gain and increase the bad cholesterol in your blood.
Cutting out dairy might have done wonders for Khloé, but it might not work out like that for everyone.
Check first check with your doctor to see if you should cut out dairy completely.
4) Make healthy food available
When you surround yourself with healthy food, you will have no other choice but to eat healthily.
Throw out junk food and restock your fridge and kitchen with healthy foods.
5) Indulge only once in a while
Khloé says that when you deprive yourself of someone thing you love, it’s the worst thing you can do.
Do restrict yourself from eating junk foods that you can earn yourself a cheat maybe once a week or every two weeks.
Then on your cheat day, you could consume 500 calories extra to indulge in that special food you love so much.
But you mustn’t exceed the 500 calorie mark for the ‘specialty’ food.
6) Try Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent fasting helps a person to lose weight without needing to control calorie intake.
You can eat basically anything you want in the “feasting” phase and then you fast for the rest of the day.
Check it out here.
Her trainer, Gunner Peterson, used a smart strategy for Khloé whereby they would focus on different body parts on different days and this worked wonders for Khloé.
She would burn over 500 calories within 35 minutes.
She loved it and became quite addicted to going to the gym, training 7 days a week.
