Keto Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp Recipe

  • 1 lb large shrimp (1620 count), peeled and deveined
  • 810 slices of thin-sliced bacon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and chili powder if using.
  3. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each shrimp tightly with a bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place shrimp on a lined baking sheet or in an air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy and shrimp are pink.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For crispier bacon, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
  • Serve with sugar-free BBQ sauce, chipotle mayo, or garlic butter for dipping.
