  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the mix-ins:

  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for extra chewiness, optional)

Instructions

Cook the Bacon – Fry or bake until crispy, then crumble and set aside.

2️⃣ Preheat the Oven – Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3️⃣ Make the Dough – Mix peanut butter, sweetener, egg, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.

4️⃣ Add Bacon & Chocolate – Stir in crumbled bacon and chocolate chips until well combined.

5️⃣ Shape Cookies – Form small dough balls (about 1.5 inches), place on a baking sheet, and slightly flatten.
