A simple, refreshing, and keto-friendly drink that’s perfect for staying hydrated, boosting digestion, and keeping you on track with your keto diet. Made with just cucumbers, lime, and water, it’s easy to prepare and customize with fun variations like mint or ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves, a few slices of ginger, or a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumber and lime thoroughly.
  • Slice the cucumber and lime into thin rounds.
  • Place the cucumber and lime slices in a pitcher.
  • Add 4 cups of water and stir gently.
  • Optional: Add ice cubes for an extra chill, and mix in mint leaves, ginger slices, or a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  • Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes. For the best flavor, chill it in the fridge for 1 hour or more.
