  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Dipping Sauces:

  • Spicy mayo (mayo + hot sauce)
  • Ranch dressing
  • Sour cream with a squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  • Prep the Avocados: Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and carefully scoop them out. Cut into thick slices.
  • Set Up the Coating Station: In one bowl, whisk the eggs. In another, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Place Everything Bagel seasoning in a third bowl.
  • Coat the Avocado Slices: Dip each slice into the egg, then the almond flour mixture, then roll in the Everything Bagel seasoning until fully coated.
  • Cook the Fries:
    • Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F, air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Oven: Preheat to 400°F, bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Pan-Frying: Heat ½ inch of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.
  • Serve Hot: Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
