Wet Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup sour cream

Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
  • Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and everything bagel seasoning.
  • Mix wet ingredients – In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Stir in the melted butter and sour cream.
  • Combine – Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  • Pour into pan – Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle extra everything bagel seasoning on top.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
