Keto Everything Bagel Cheese Ball Recipe

This keto everything bagel cheese ball is creamy, salty, and packed with flavor—made with cheddar, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning. No nuts, no carbs, no fuss. Great for healthy low carb snacks, cold appetizers, or easy keto diet dinner ideas.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

  • 3 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (plus extra for coating)

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and green onions. Mix well.

  2. Stir in everything bagel seasoning. Taste and adjust salt if needed.

  3. Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and form into a ball. Wrap tightly.

  4. Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.

  5. Unwrap and roll the ball in extra everything bagel seasoning until fully coated.

  6. Serve with veggie sticks, keto chips, or on its own.

  • Can be made a day ahead.

  • Add chopped cooked bacon or herbs for extra flavor.
