  • 4 cups water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated or sliced
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 large lemons, juiced
  • 2 tbsp erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, or allulose (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Lemon slices & mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Infuse Ginger: Simmer 1 cup of water and add the ginger. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain and set aside to cool.
  • Blend Mint & Lemon: In a blender, combine the mint leaves, lemon juice, and sweetener. Pulse a few times to release flavors. Let sit for 10 minutes for a stronger taste.
  • Mix: In a pitcher, combine the cooled ginger water, remaining 3 cups of water, and mint-lemon mixture. Stir well.
  • Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour the lemonade, and garnish with a lemon slice and mint.
