Keto Lemon Sparkling Water Recipe

This easy keto lemon sparkling water is a quick, refreshing low-carb drink perfect for staying hydrated while on a keto diet. Made with fresh lemon juice, sparkling water, and keto-friendly sweetener, it’s the ideal fizzy drink to enjoy anytime. Great for parties, hot days, or when you need something more exciting than plain water!

Ingredients

  • 1 large lemon (freshly squeezed)
  • 12 cups sparkling water (plain, unflavored)
  • Ice cubes (as desired)
  • 12 tsp keto-friendly sweetener (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh mint leaves or lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Roll the lemon on the counter to release more juice. Cut it in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Remove any seeds.
  • If using a sweetener, mix it with the lemon juice until dissolved.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour in the lemon juice mixture.
  • Slowly add the sparkling water to avoid losing fizz. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a lemon slice if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweetener according to your taste.
  • For extra flavor, try adding cucumber slices or a splash of lime juice.
