This easy keto matcha latte recipe is the perfect low-carb, sugar-free drink to boost your energy and keep you in ketosis. Made with matcha, almond milk, and MCT oil, it’s a creamy and satisfying option for anyone on the keto diet.

  • 1 tsp high-quality matcha powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 12 drops liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
  • ½ cup hot water (around 175°F)
  • Ice cubes (for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Sift 1 tsp of matcha powder into a mug or bowl to remove clumps.
  2. Heat ½ cup water (not boiling, around 175°F). Pour it over the matcha and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of MCT oil and 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional) into the matcha mixture.
  4. Sweeten with 1-2 drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit to taste.
  5. Froth the almond milk (or coconut milk) and pour it over the matcha mixture. If you prefer iced, add ice cubes first and then top with cold almond milk.
  6. Use a milk frother or blender to blend until creamy and frothy.
  7. Enjoy your keto matcha latte!

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less stevia or monk fruit.
  • For a thicker texture, use coconut milk instead of almond milk.
