Keto Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Cucumber Bites

Easy no-cook keto snack made with fresh cucumber, smoked salmon, and cream cheese. A quick bite full of flavor, ready in minutes. Perfect for parties, light meals, or low-carb meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (English cucumber works best)

  • 100g smoked salmon (cold-smoked, thin slices)

  • 100g full-fat cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: capers, thin red onion slices, everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumber and slice into ½ cm thick rounds.

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mix onto each cucumber slice.

  • Top each with a folded piece of smoked salmon.

  • Add optional toppings like capers, red onion, or seasoning.

  • Serve cold and enjoy right away, or chill for later.

Notes

Store parts separately if prepping ahead, cucumber in one container, cream cheese mix in another, salmon wrapped. Assemble before serving to keep it fresh. You can swap dill for chives or parsley. Goat cheese works too if you want a twist.
