Keto Spinach & Artichoke Cheese Ball

This keto spinach artichoke cheese ball is the perfect make-ahead party snack. Loaded with cheese, artichokes, and fresh spinach, it’s easy, gluten-free, and low-carb. Great with veggie sticks, crackers, or served as a dip alternative. Perfect for summer meals, holiday appetizers, or weeknight keto snacks.

  • 1 block (8 oz) full-fat cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1/2 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts (drained well)

  • 1 cup cooked fresh spinach, squeezed dry and chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or cooked bacon bits (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until well combined.

  2. Fold in spinach, chopped artichokes, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Shape mixture into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Unwrap and roll in chopped nuts or bacon bits before serving.

  5. Serve with crackers, zucchini bites, or raw veggies.

Notes

  • Make ahead up to 3 days—just roll in toppings right before serving.

  • Leftovers can be used as a spread, or mixed with minced meat for a fun burger topping.

  • Swap nuts with seeds for nut-free option.
