Keto Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Blossoms Recipe

Soft, chewy keto peanut butter blossoms with a chocolatey center. This sugar-free and low-carb treat is perfect for anyone on a keto diet or cutting back on sugar. Easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural, no added sugar)
  • 1/2 cup granulated keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sugar-free chocolate kisses or chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter, sweetener, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place on the lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
  • Immediately press a sugar-free chocolate kiss or chunk into the center of each cookie. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • If the dough is too sticky, refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before rolling.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
  • You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if needed.
