Make a beautiful and tasty Keto Valentine’s Day Breakfast Board filled with fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, eggs, berries, and sugar-free treats. This low-carb breakfast is easy to put together and perfect for a romantic morning or a fun family meal.

Keto Pancakes:

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Butter or coconut oil (for cooking)

Other Board Items:

  • 68 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs (scrambled, fried, or boiled)
  • 4 keto-friendly sausages
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries (cut into hearts)
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup whipped cream (sugar-free)
  • ¼ cup keto nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • ¼ cup cream cheese or mascarpone
  • ¼ cup mixed nuts (pecans, macadamia, almonds)
  • Sugar-free maple syrup or berry compote

Instructions

  • Make the Pancakes: Blend all pancake ingredients until smooth. Heat a pan over medium heat, add butter, and cook small pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  • Cook the Bacon & Sausages: Bake bacon at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Cook sausages in a skillet until browned.
  • Prepare the Eggs: Scramble, fry, or boil eggs as desired. Cut boiled eggs into heart shapes for a special touch.
  • Wash & Cut the Fruits: Rinse berries and cut strawberries into heart shapes.
  • Assemble the Board: Arrange pancakes, bacon, sausages, eggs, and fruits on a large wooden board. Fill in gaps with nuts, chocolate chips, and spreads in small bowls.
  • Serve & Enjoy! Warm up syrups and spreads before serving for extra flavor.
