Keto Yogurt Bread Recipe

Soft, low carb keto yogurt bread made with almond flour and Greek yogurt. Easy to make with just a few ingredients, this bread is perfect for keto diet breakfast ideas, homemade sandwiches, or a healthy sub bread alternative. Gluten free and diabetes friendly.

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh herbs or ½ cup shredded cheese for flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and Greek yogurt until smooth.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until fully mixed.

  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Let the bread cool completely before slicing.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for better texture.

  • Don’t overmix to keep the bread light.

  • Optional add-ins like herbs or cheese work well to add variety.

  • Let bread cool fully for best slicing results.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
