How to Make Keto Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Make these easy keto chocolate-covered strawberries with just a few ingredients. A perfect low-carb dessert for parties, date nights, or satisfying your sweet tooth on the keto diet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup keto chocolate chips (Lily’s or ChocZero recommended)
  • 12 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Optional: Sea salt, crushed nuts, or unsweetened shredded coconut for toppings

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and dry them completely using a towel or paper towel.
  • Melt the keto chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
  • Hold each strawberry by the green top and dip it into the melted chocolate, twirling to coat. Let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add optional toppings like sea salt, crushed nuts, or coconut before the chocolate hardens.
  • Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate is set. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure strawberries are completely dry, as water will prevent the chocolate from sticking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Best enjoyed fresh.
