  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • (Optional) Sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol)
  • (Optional) 1 scoop collagen powder or 1 tbsp heavy cream for extra richness

Instructions

Brew Your Coffee – Use your preferred method (French press, pour-over, or drip). Make sure it’s hot.
2️⃣ Blend It Together – Add coffee, butter, MCT oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and sea salt to a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.

  • If using a milk frother, mix everything in a large cup until creamy.
  • No blender? Shake everything in a sealed jar or use a whisk.

Notes

For an iced version – Brew the coffee hot, blend everything, then pour over ice.
