  • 8 slices of deli ham (sugar-free)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 dill pickle spears (sliced lengthwise)
  • Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard, garlic powder, or other seasonings

Instructions

  • Lay out the ham slices on a clean surface or cutting board.
  • Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each slice of ham.
  • Add a pickle spear to one end of each slice. If using mustard or seasonings, spread or sprinkle them on the cream cheese.
  • Roll the ham tightly around the pickle spear.
  • Optional: Chill for 10–15 minutes to firm up before serving.
  • Slice into bite-sized pieces if serving as an appetizer, or leave whole for a quick snack or lunch.
