A refreshing and sugar-free keto virgin mojito with fresh lime, mint, and sparkling water. This low-carb drink is perfect for anyone following the keto diet, great for summer, and super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1012 fresh mint leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 12 tsp keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia)
  • Crushed or cubed ice
  • Club soda or sparkling water (to top off)
  • Lime wedges and extra mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves to a tall glass and gently muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
  • Squeeze in the lime juice and stir in the sweetener until dissolved.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  • Slowly pour in the club soda or sparkling water, leaving a little space at the top.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and extra mint leaves. Insert a straw and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less sweetener.
  • For a creative twist, add a few raspberries, cucumber slices, or a pinch of salt.
  • To avoid losing fizz, don’t pre-mix club soda with other ingredients if storing leftovers.
