This singer, actress, and dancer has held many spellbound with her songs, controversial lifestyle, and struggles.

From the age of 7 she was already performing. When she was 11, she tried, again, for The All-New Mickey Mouse Club and was picked.

When the show was canceled she focused much on her musical career landing a contract with Jive Records.

Her Baby One More Time album was No. 1 on Billboard 200 charts, selling more than 25 million copies worldwide!

Even with all her personal challenges, she continued to move forward musically.

In August 2020, a judge extended Britney’s conservatorship through early 2021, and then again to September 2021.

Unfortunately, she has not released anything new since Glory in 2016.

Workout Principles of Britney Spears

To begin with, Britney is always on the go. She does stretches in the morning to keep her on the go and flexible.

These inspire her to keep moving during the day. She also tries to get in two 90-minute sessions of yoga every week.

When she goes to Los Angeles, she goes to Drenched Fitness.

She will put in an hour of exercise.

She will do stuff like combos of weights and sprints. Apart from her weights and cardio, she is also a fan of doing sit-ups and squats.

She likes to keep her legs and abs toned. Her workouts are all about four important principles. These are:

  • Basketball jump shots
  • Balancing on one leg
  • Backward walking
  • Bicycling

Britney Spears has captivated the world with her singing. In 2013 she committed to a two-year residency at the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino.

Tony Martinez, her trainer would prepare her for this residency. She still stuck to her yoga sessions.

She would meet with Tony three times a week for an hour, and they would focus on Britney’s four B’s – see above.

They are all about functional training to improve joint mobility and movement.

But you can be sure that she would not forget her abs, even though she loves sit-ups so much.

So while working with Martinez, Britney would use circular pads called core discs.

You glide around on surfaces requiring more use of your stabilizing muscles than you would normally use.

Look, all women want to boast tight buttocks, not so? And Britney Spears has shared her workout routine on how to do just this.

On Instagram, Britney shows you how to achieve ‘buns of steel,’ super tight buttocks.

These involve a series of leg lifts that any person can simply do at home!

She says that the routine is pretty challenging because there’s “a lot of repetition on one muscle group.”

She begins with a few side stretches and forward bends. Then she hits her exercise mat and lies on her side, doing several repetitions of leg lifting with each leg.

If you want to be on the Britney Spears diet, it will mean cutting down on your calories. Britney Spears maintains her toned ‘bod’ by practicing a few diet techniques.

Her diet is made up of small well-balanced meals; now she hardly ever has to say “Oops, I did it again” for putting on weight.

Her diet doesn’t go much over 1,500 calories per day.

Her diet puts emphasis on lean protein food with high-fiber veggies.

1) Breakfast

She will start off with her workout; then she will have an omelet made from only egg whites.

Or she will have a bowl of oatmeal with some fruit; maybe some whole-wheat toast.

2) Lunch

She will have some salad with some lean protein like chicken or salmon. Her choice of drink is usually water – sometimes a real-fruit power smoothie.
